This is an exciting time to join the Group following the merger with Stockport College. A major refurbishment programme is planned for the Stockport Campus and this represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to drive transformational change for students, employers and communities of Stockport and Trafford.
Responsibilities will include: -
To be responsible for staff within the Apprenticeship Central Team, motivating and coaching staff to achieve, improve and develop to their full potential.
Compliance of process and procedures are adhered to within the central Apprenticeship Team, including enrolment, Digital Account Service (DAS), recruitment, employer payments, achievement and withdrawals along with monitoring and tracking of apprentice’s progress including English, math and ICT Functional Skills.
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the College encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Standardising and Developing Systems within the Apprenticeship Directorate such as our e-Portfolio system, OneFile and reporting systems
Ensuring our CRM platform structure and architecture works seamlessly across the College, capturing all required information at key points in the customer life cycle journey.
Customer Journey Mapping analysing key touch points with our customers, maximising apprenticeship and commercial opportunities.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM and other relevant systems work effectively for all aspects of the College Group.
To be considered for this role you must have an IT or related degree and maths and English to level 2 (or equivalent).Substantial experience in leading a team, delivering high quality outcomes in a continuously changing environment, experience of implementation and use of Microsoft Dynamic CRM System are essential for this position.
