The Trafford College Group (TCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Officer to join the Finance team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.

The Role :

This is a varied role within a team that has has recently gone though some changes within department. It is a great time to join and be a part of the change process within a time. Duties will include -  

  • Working across the full purchasing process from requisitioning through to payment of suppliers (including posting high volumes of supplier invoices and reconciliation of statements).​
  • Key support to both internal requisitioners and budget holders to facilitate their purchase of items to support the College mission​
  • Key link with suppliers, supporting their queries and ensuring an efficient and effective service

About you 

If you are passionate about your specialist subject and sharing your knowledge, skills and experience and have an enthusiasm for supporting apprentices then there has never been a better time to join Trafford College Group.

You will have a good eye for detail and strong communication and organisational skills, as you will be working in a fast paced, quick changing environment. You will ideally have some experience of working in a finance office, and have the ability to provide a customer focussed service to all members of the College Group.
